We are looking for an Account Executive to work with us on-going to help manage our current client portfolio. This role is best suited for someone who has a professional demeanour, excellent verbal and written communication skills but not necessarily any experience as an Account Executive. Any previous experience in any kind of client-facing role, however, will be beneficial.

About the Role

  • Full-time, Mon-Fri, 9:00 am-5:00 pm-ish (hours can be flexible)
  • The role would be based predominately remotely and occasionally in Pyrmont
  • You would also need to attend client meetings/site visits where required which could be anywhere in Sydney.
  • There is flexibility within the position regarding all the above, to some extent.
  • The start date of the role is flexible as we are looking for the right person for the role.

As an Account Executive you will:

  • Provide account management services to our new & existing clients from enquiry through to job completion.
  • Provide project management services to all clients to get each job from start to completion.
  • Complete ad-hoc duties and general admin that come with the general nature of the role.
  • Drive process changes and improve business efficiency in all areas of account management.

About You:

  • Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook & Google Docs
  • Extremely self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
  • Extremely organised & efficient
  • Positive work ethic with a can-do attitude
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous demonstrated experience working remotely
  • Must be tech-savvy and able to learn new software
  • Ability to build professional relationships with clients
  • Must be able to follow processes to a T
  • Have a fun, out-going and down-to-earth personality
