Mirvac Moonee Ponds Central in Melbourne were transitioning their parking from ticketed to ticketless and needed a team of customer care staff onsite every day for two months to help with the transition.
Our team commenced the job by completing data entry for the centre and educating the customers about the upcoming changes to parking. Once the transition went live, we were onsite in force to answer questions, assist if any issues occurred and ensure a smooth transition. We had a team of between 3 and 10 staff onsite every day stationed at the pay stations, information desks and the boom gates to ensure all access areas were covered.
And Moonee Ponds Central is one of the many sites we’ve helped with the transition around the country. Some of the others include Cairns Central Shopping Centre, Charlestown Square, Wetherill Park Shopping Centre, Birkenhead Point and Carlingford Court.
